Skip Linear if

• You need SAML or SCIM — SSO on Business is Google plus SAML, but SCIM provisioning, IP restrictions, domain claiming and audit logs are Enterprise, which is annual-only and quote-based

• You need SSO and user provisioning below the top tier — those come with Atlassian Guard on Enterprise at $17.50 per user/month billed annually ($210.00 per user per year)
• You attach large files: storage is unlimited but capped per file at 10MB on Free and 250MB on Standard
• Your Workspace has more than 10 collaborators and you wanted to stay free — that is the hard limit on the Free plan
