iCIMS is enterprise talent acquisition software sold in three product lines on one platform. iCIMS Hire is the applicant tracking system and the surrounding hiring workflow - text recruiting, onboarding, offer management and a dedicated high volume hiring product for employers filling large numbers of roles at once. iCIMS Engage is the candidate relationship management side, used to build sourcing and nurture campaigns against a talent pipeline rather than reacting to applications. iCIMS Employer Branding covers career sites, a recruitment chatbot and employee testimonial videos, and an AI recruiting layer runs across them. The platform is aimed at large, often global employers and the vendor was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. iCIMS does not publish prices; every route ends in a demo or sales conversation.
