TiddlyWiki
Personal wiki software.
What it is
TiddlyWiki is a non-linear personal wiki that lives in a single HTML file. Each note is a small 'tiddler', and tiddlers can be linked, tagged and transcluded to build a personal knowledge base that works offline in any browser. Because the whole wiki is one file, it can be stored anywhere — synced, emailed, put on a USB stick — or served on the web. A plugin ecosystem adds search, task lists and other extensions, and it is free and open source.

Frequently asked questions
